I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Really slow drawn out process- three rounds of interview. Hopeless HR- turned up for one interview to find partners couldn't make it, no-one bothered to tell me in advance.
Expectation that I would pay for my own PCert- had to push back hard on that.
Should have known from interview process what it would be like once working there!
the interview process was well structured, the interviewers were respectful. I wouldn't say it was difficult, yet I had to be well prepared. I was asked questions of my experience and laws of Kazakhstan
For a position as a young lawyer, I was asked about my previous experience that I gained while working as an intern for other law firms, specifically related to the field I was applying for.

Question 1
What were your responsibilities in your previous internships?
Horrible interview, My Partner was on a power trip and was rude. Traumatising experience- never again Unfair interview process as well, all applicants asked different questions so it was inequitable. Also got the vibe that the firm lacked diversity and just pretended to care about diversity but really did not.
