I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2018
Interview
The process took more than 3 months, initially good feedback and responsive HR.
4 interviews including phone screening. Repetitive questions, lack of information, finally the position has been put on hold.
very friendly HR..3 rounds..one with the HR, service center and expert team..after that immediately got the offer very smooth process..asked many questions mainly based on situations and you should answer it based on your experience

I applied online. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Was contacted for a 20 minute phone interview with a recruiter.
At the end of the interview, the recruiter explained next steps and said I'd be contacted in the next week.
After never hearing back, I of course recognize I was not selected to move forward, but I even followed up 10 days after my interview and did not receive a response. It seems that the organization is not concerned with a candidate's time, if they can not even respond after already connecting with a candidate. Not great candidate experience, especially for a firm that seems to advertise its support of people.

Question 1
How do you stay organized? Tell me about a long term project
It was a pretty straightforward interview process with a person from the recruitment team, which led to a final interview with my soon-to-be managers (it was for a dual role).

Question 1
Why do you want to move to a lateral role? (I was already employed with Bakers that time)
