I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BairesDev in Jun 2023
Interview
A entrevista é inteligente, curta e amigável. As perguntas situacionais também me fizeram refletir bastante.

Question 1
Tell me the most interesting project you have worked on.
Lots of hoops, take forever, the application process is highly segmented and not carried out by people with actual technical expertise.
They won't respond to simple questions like "What's the job? What will I be doing? What's the salary range?" It's always "click this link," "take this test," "fill out this personal questionnaire..."
I did the process via self-assessments in their platform to be eligible for their interview. There was one non-technical interview, one basic logic/highschool maths test, a very simple take-home programming challenge and one 20-minute tech interview, which was comprised mostly by basic SQL and textbook ML questions. In the latter, the interviewer was completely unamused when some questions were explored more in depth, and seemed in a rush. I was completely ghosted after the interview.
