As everyone says here, first you receive something that looks like a copy paste email, with a link to the online tests, It took me almost 4 hours, and also I didn´t answer the optional tests. However the tests for my positions (Sales Manager) had questions like for instance ¿what is the best programming language? , In what kind of projects should you use scrum?. Anyway, after I was done with the tests, they answered that I got good results so I could move forward on an Interview. So they sent me the possible times to do the interview, in my case ONLY 1 option 17 days after the tests, weird at least they must offer more options or directly send you the interview schedule. The HR recluter that wrote the emails, 3 days before the interview sent me a form with more personal questions and asking for my CV. In the form she sent, they asked several questions: if you would be willing to relocate, if you have kids, maximum amount of time that you can be out travelling for work…but also , they asked about my client references, it sounded weird to me because , I have always been asked for references after one or two interviews.
The day of the interview she called me on my mobile phone and explained how the interview was going to be, first we will check the information you wrote down on the form, then I will ask some questions in English and then in Spanish and at the end some logic questions.
She checked the whole form , question by question , and did special emphasize on my client references “Is there any issue if we contact them?” (highly suspicious for me and I wonder if they won´t use theses references as leads as I also read them here by other users).
And then after the questions in English and Spanish, she asked me for a pencil and a paper, and she read me questions such as “Pedro has three numbers, the average of them is XXX” , “How many 1s (ones) you can find between 10 and 20?” “There are 10 football teams, if you do a championship, How many matches will be played...”
She said that they would have an answer in 4 days. I received an email the day she said, first hour in the morning saying “Unfortunately, you did not pass the process but we have many searches open so possibly you fit into another role and we can contact you again, this may even happen again immediately”… and I never knew anything again about them.
I see that they opened new job searches of this role for several cities in my country, now I honestly doubt that this position really exists...
