Their selection process is pretty much automated. You will receive an email with a link to their automated problem solving page. It took me 6 hours to complete all. I took all the test just for fun, but if you do not have much time, you do not have to. Only solve problems that are the most relevant to you. I did it well and I was advanced to a HR interview. It lasted more than one hour. The interviewer asked about my background and experiences. She also asked IQ test questions. I did well. But I did not receive an offer. I think it is because I called for too high wage for them. I think that they are just seeking for cheap programmers from underdeveloped or developing countries. You might be satisfied if you reside in Latin America and there is absolutely no way for you to get a remote job from the US. But that is not the case. The world is all connected and we know that remote jobs from the US pay much more. Please reconsider. Their recruiting process is highly automated and poorly managed.
