Processo muito ruim, muitas ligações, entrevistas online para preparatório para ser entrevistado pelo cliente e no fim não trazem um feedback construtivo da razão de declínio por parte do cliente deles.

Empresa pediu para desenvolver uma API no processo de entrevista técnica.
The interview was conducted in English, and the conversation lasted 30 minutes. The interviewer had to meet this time strictly, so they might need to go faster through the questions.
Questions included experience with technologies, case-scenarios and some behavioral questions.

Te agendan una videollamada, agregan a un asistente de ia para supuestamente hacer un resume de la entrevista.las preguntas que te realizan no son relevantes con el puesto, parecen mas de índole personal, como si buscarán informacion especifica. La verdad preferí terminar la llamada.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
