I received an email inviting me to be part of the selection process to the recruitment team as I accepted then was instructed on check some online tests links. A recruiter contacts me through with a skype interview with basic questions about experience , personal information and kind of test english level, she was really nice. A week after I had the first interview with the boss of the recruiter that contacted me in which she provided me with all the information related to the position and the company. Nest week I she call me stating my intervie was that good that my profile fits tiwh a higher position and had to resolve some more test, once again the recruiter was very nice and warm, about another week later got an email stating my interview was so good so the hiring manager wanted to meet me and set the the official offer, I did have an skype call which ended up being a new interview but the tone of the interview was kind cold overall , and afeter a month of this, they never call me, nor send and email. might say was interesting but I feel they wasted my time, setting wrong expectations, looks like they had a candidate selected already but just need to fill a requierenment by including some other ones.
