I can't help but believe that the sole reason the interview ratings are so high is that candidates are asked at the conclusion of the screening call with HR to write a review. That's a first, and very shady. The HR call was followed up by 2+ hours of assessments with increasingly ridiculous questions, such as: at what lat/long is this country? Or, translate this sentence, written in Basque? It sounds so ridiculous, I wish I took screenshots. Also, if they say that the marketing pro that reached out to you (surprise, surprise) "couldn't make the call", watch out. I truly wonder what their motivation is.
