BairesDev Customer Service interview questions

I was reached out to by a recruiter and was told I had to finish assessments before being considered for an interview . I have no problem doing job related assessments but by 2021 , companies should stop wasting candidates times with irrelevant quizzes . One of the questions was “which is the biggest country ?” These questions have nothing to do with a candidates skill level and honestly just a major turn off. Stop wasting people’s time with quizzes that say nothing about the actual work we can contribute .
