I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
80% case based, 20% behavioral based. make sure to do a lot of case prep, otherwise you will have a hard time getting through it all Because the case is not so straightforward like other problems, that people usually solve. Casing is a specific muscle.
First - a Fit interview with Partner, which supposed to be followed by Case Study Inetrview, but I unexpectedly faced a standard Gorilla test, the results of which HR refuse to share

I interviewed at Bain & Company (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Good interview process. Response was quick and was able to hear back on the outcome in a couple of days after the interview. 3 stags overall including the initial HR screening followed by a case study.
Case interviews in both Japanese and English. Case interviews were more like Fermi estimations for market size/customer size rather than formal business-structured case interviews. Brief introductions at the beginning, but generally not too focused on socialization.
