I applied through university recruiting and the entire process took about three weeks. It consisted of two rounds: the first was with two managers and the final round was with a Partner and a Senior Manager. The cases were very structured and data-heavy (profitability and market entry). My advice is to practice your mental math out loud and have specific stories ready that highlight leadership and humility
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
2 rounds of 3 interviews.
