BNP Paribas interview questions

I had a video interview with the hiring manager, and the experience was surprisingly smooth and casual. The tone felt more like a genuine conversation than a high-pressure evaluation. The manager was personable, clear about the role expectations, and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me rather than just testing me. There were a few standard questions about my background, experiences, and how I approach certain tasks, but nothing overly technical or competitive. It felt like they were more focused on culture fit and communication style than on trying to "stump" me or create a stressful environment.

Four rounds of technical interviews were conducted virtually over a three-month period. The interviewers were thoughtful, respectful, and professional beyond my expectations. The technical questions were a mix of pure quantitative and insight-driven questions.
