BNP Paribas interview questions

Applied through on campus recruiting. First round was on campus, consisted of 90min interviews (2 separate interviews, both contained behavioral and case questions). The cases were pretty straightforward (one was find why profits fell, the other was a brain teaser). The interviewers said that CIB consulting NA is quite new (NYC office was established only in 2013), so there are only 15 people currently working there. The first interviewer had a thick french accent, but was fairly nice, the second interviewer was a Chinese lady who had better English, but was quite mean (the usual stuff, like checking the phone etc.)

Initially got call from consultancy, it took 1 month to get profile shortlisted. After that it took hardly 1 week to process all interviews. First round was technical telephonic, second was techno managerial, third was managerial, HR was last round. Quite impressive all over process.
