BNP Paribas interview questions

I applied online and was sent an email within a few days with an interview date that consisted of two, 30 minute video interviews. A couple days later, I received an invite to interview at their New York office, where I had four interviews, each testing different skills.

Meet 2-3 people from the team you are applying to. Meet team manager Meet head of department Meet HR All meetings were very relaxed, and more focused on personality matching. They barely asked about my knowledge or questioned about work itself but asked how I get interacted with others, how I handled difficulties etc.
