With HR and then in person interview the interview question was fair enough and the VP was very helpful to answer questions. But for the graduate program, they prefer their previous interns
The process was smooth overall, although the hiring capacity was limited, so the initial conversation was directly with the hiring manager. After that, we went through the standard steps – a brief technical/behavioral phone screen, a short case‑study exercise, and finally the mandatory background‑check and paperwork. The follow‑up emails sometimes took a few days, but there were no major roadblocks and the timeline stayed within the expected two‑to‑three‑week window.
Interviewers were friendly and asked questions that you would expect for a first round interview as well as final day. All were online and people from different teams from the Investment Banking division.
