Technical rounds were good, the interviewers were friendly and the questions were appropriate. The HR interview was horrible, it is expected to be a die-hard fan of BMW. The interviewer keeps interrupting while I was answering the questions. In my opinion HR has too much power in this company. I would prefer a more tech-driven approach, were HR has a rather supporting role.

Very chill and relaxed, 2 co-workers talk about the company, their work and what to expect. Then some coding, easier than expected (at least for me). And the pay is relatively good.
