The interview process was very straight forward. It didn‘t take too long, but felt a bit like a job interview although it was just for a internship. Be confident and honest about your strengths and weaknesses.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BMW Group in Dec 2023
Interview
It was a 30 minutes interview. The interviewer sent the research paper one week in advance and asked questions related to it. Since I was applying to battery research intern position the paper was related to it. First, I was asked abound my background and then we proceeded with technical questions realted to paper. (f.ex: formula, what each sign means in each formula)
