Sehr interessantes Interview mit hochwertigen Frage und Übungen. Gute Vorbereitung hilft sehr gut die stressige Situation zu bekämpfen. Von der Vorstellung kann man eine sehr gute Idee der Tätigkeit bekommen.

Interview
Applied via Glassdoor and was reached out via email. I received a 30 min interview via video chat with current intern and HR generalist, but when I got on the call I was told they needed 30 more mins. I agreed and had a seemingly unstructured interview. I was scheduled for another second round interview with the HR manager, which was rescheduled last minute and then cancelled soon after without reason. I received and accepted an offer after this via video call. Fast forward, I signed my offer letter, passed my drug test and background test but had not heard any start details. I reached out a week before my start date and received several emails with automatic replies, as my few contacts had left the company or were on vacation. Eventually, four days before my start, I was informed of my approval and emailed documents. I completed same day but asked for a push back of my start date due to a family death. The manager agreed however, I experienced a second family death and was exposed to COVID, which I informed them of with in advance of my start date. Because the office is still in person (Jan 2022) and I asked for guidance as to how we should proceed. I never received an answer. My start date passed and two more days went by with still no response. I emailed saying I was no longer interested. Would have expected more respect and communication from such a large company.

Interview
I'm not even writing about the interview I'm writing about the application. On the application it asks:
9) Do you have a Demonstrated attention to detail in reporting projects / tasks?
10) Do you have demonstrated attention to detail in reporting projects / tasks?
Clearly I must have some attention to detail in order to notice the difference between the questions, but that doesn't mean I know how you want me to respond. Are you looking for a candidate to respond yes to the grammatically correct question and no to the other? Should I infer that they are attempting to ask the same thing and answer yes to both? Was this an example of a lack of attention to detail and is just a mistake? I assume the latter because I cant imagine an HR professional who would think this kind of questioning is effective. As a professional candidate in a competitive market this just looks like a joke and unprofessional.
I find it humorous that the two questions relay the theme within themselves, but come on guys. We all work in HR and you have got to know this kind of questioning is just WOW (for a lack of words). My coworkers and prior HR connects thank you for the good laugh though.
