BMW Group interview questions

first phase is for personal questions, like stengths, weaknesses, what do you plan to do in your near future (in 5 or 10 years even). And the second phase is a technical one where the interviewer asks some theoretical questions in mechanical engineering (GD&T for example) and may ask you to open a CAD software (such as CATIA) and draw a mechanical part (such as a shaft).
