BHP interview questions

The hiring and interview process was very weird, mine as about 4 months. You will undergo bootcamp (2 interview, 1 exam). If you passed, they will schedule another interview which is about 30-45. After a week of the final interview, they send an email asking me to fill-out and sign the employee details such as payroll, privacy protection act, and other employee related documents without an official offer. So you wouldn't know your stand whether you are officially accepted or not, but your signing an employee information sheet (which include payroll details). Then without any feedback from them (even if you follow up on them so many times). A month after, they have sent an email that you are not suitable for the role. Dont waste your time and effort applying in this company. The company itself don't know what they are doing. Organization is very blurred with the direction. Unfortunately, I have declined 2 offers because of them. Though, i am glad that I am not part of this cluttered organization.
