I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BHP (Brisbane) in Oct 2023
Interview
An interview with the recruiter and two rounds of interviews with two company representatives (from team and line management / cross functional teams) including some culture questions, background and experience questions and technical questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at BHP (Houston, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
The process is extremely long. Even with a recruiter and internal references, it took several months to get an interview and then several more months for any sort of follow up. It made the company seem chaotic and disorganized. The interview itself was easy, very little focus on work skills. I left with a negative impression overall of the environment and opted not to continue pursing a role with the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BHP (Sídney) in Jan 2016
Interview
Intense with a lot of interaction. Questions seemed to be odd and circuitous rather than related to the position. Decision making seemed irratic and unfocused. Overall seems to be a very good company. Perhaps most disappointing was the complete lack of feedback following the interview. Just adding more here to make the minimum word count required. And more, and more and more and more and more.
