The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BHP (Santiago) in Mar 2011
Interview
The hiring process consisted of two interviews with HR and one psychological assessment. During the first interview I was asked things related with my experience at university and about my strengths and weakness. There was no tricky questions, so the main objective is to assess the capacity of the applicant of express him/herself.

Interview
The process started with an online HireVue interview consisting of several behavioural and scenario-based questions. Each question had a short preparation time followed by a timed recorded response.
