Interview
Initially, after applying, a video interview was offered after a few weeks. This was followed with a small test to assess some numerical and verbal understanding. The entire process took a while and had to wait a few months for the outcome.
The interview process consisted of an online recorded interview. I was presented with pre-recorded questions and given time to prepare and record my responses. The questions were primarily behavioural and focused on teamwork, communication, and past experiences. The process was easy to follow and could be completed remotely at a convenient time.
