Ok. They didn’t ask much. They are very sneaky and management is horrible. They can’t find oil!!!! The company acts like the oil and gas sector is thriving but it’s not. Management is incompetent and a bunch of rejects.
I had a phone interview with the company that lasted around 15 minutes, and the HR representative was very friendly. She explained the role clearly, asked a few behavioural questions, and made the conversation feel relaxed and supportive

After submitting your resume in their portal for the position you are applying for, you get a phone call to schedule an interview and an email confirmation. After that is the interview proper with Direct supervisor. It took me a month from resume submission to getting the interview and a month later for the offer.
