A caller from the Phillipines called and asked 5 questions. He has a heavy accent and was hard to understand. All questions were past experiences or 'how would you' questions

Interview
Pattern recognition, maths and English exam, Psychometric testing, phone interview and group engagement. The group engagement goes for 2.5 hours, which is a mixture of interviews and group exercise. I have not yet done the group engagement so cannot comment on what exactly was done during this part.

Interview
Good initial reading, mathematical and problem solving tests. First phone interview was short. Didn't get through to next stage. However, 3 months passes an email from a friend came around saying they were again looking for surveying graduates, so I tried again with different asset and then after two phone interviews I got offered a job 3 days after sending an email to saying I was interested in another asset.
