Applied online from ad on university careers page. Did the online testing then got invited for phone interview. The interviewer puts you on hold after each question to type up your answer so wasn't really like a real conversation

Online application and subsequent testing lead to a phone interview, and ultimately a place at the assessment centre. Assessment centre consisted of mini interviews (approx 10 minutes) with different managers followed by a group Q&A, as well as a separate group case study and presentation. Very lengthy periods of time between communications from HR, with two months of silence following assessment centre before receiving rejection email.
