BDO interview questions

First interview was a behavioral interview, it was straightforward and simple, then I got a second interview which was comprised of an Excel case study, and a group discussion. the excel was basic questions about how to use vlookup, pivot tables and IF functions. And the group discussion was a simple question to discuss with other candidates for 15 mins.

Very structured and professional. Few phases, that were communicated beforehand. First two phases with the contribution of Talent Aquisition Team Member and Senior Consultant with Manager. Later stages involved Senior Management resources from department. A few use cases onsite with a point of view to be prepared in the last phase.
