Four people, individual meetings with about 30 minutes each. First one was a young Senior associate and said this is a career oriented entry level position. The next guy was the senor associate and he was late only had 3 minutes for his half hour. The director then came in and apparantly they were both late and just combined their interviews. The senor associate started sweating and breaking character but still pushing to get the message across and believe me. This was the worst. Until the last person came in. Generally (i say that because this was predisposed thinking, seriously I think the director is psycho). There were a lot of clues to how they want you to behave and if you dont pick up on what theyre insinuating and adapt to change, then you lose the interest of both head gamers and they put pressure on you until you break. And not hire you for whatever reason. I’m actually pretty sure i kept my composure and may get the role, but wouldnt accept.
