Was initially contacted over email, which led to an over the phone interview. During the over the phone interview basic questions were asked about my education and experience. After the phone interview, I was contacted for a follow-up in person interview (Phone interview occurred on a Friday, was contacted on Monday). The in person interview was very pleasant, I was interviewed by 2 managers for 2 possible positions, and they were each very kind, and willing to answer any questions which I had about the position.

Phone interview then in person interview.
Interview was not too hard overall but the interviewers seemed disinterested and the HR person promised to get back to you if you did/did not get a job.
Said they would do it after their Christmas break but never did.
Interview is a waste of time as they always have a job posting up but never seems to hire.
