Very tough interview. I didnt pass it even though I had a friend who recommended me. Ended up talking to 4 people- around 40 minutes with each person. They were telling me they train and were nice and friendly, but in the end- never hired me- For entry level! I am a very determined and smart person. Basically, I had a feeling they were either looking for super genius people or it was all just pretentious. I dont think that they strive for diversity.

Mon entretient était avec deux seniors et a commencé avec une brève présentation puis ils ont commencé à me poser des questions techniques principalement sur la partie comptable. L'un des seniors avait un parcours DCG / DSCG donc c'est pour ça.

Un entretien RH évalue la motivation et l'adéquation culturelle, suivi d'un test en ligne pour tester compétences techniques et logique. L'entretien avec le Manager se concentre sur l'expérience, les compétences spécifiques et les attentes.

J'ai très bien passé l'entretien avec la personne au poste des ressources humaines. délai d'attente pour une réponse 1 mois et demi alors que c'était prévu 4 jours de délai. très mauvaise expérience.
