I had to go to assessment centre which consisted of an interview and two group activities. The interview was 40 minutes long and was with a partner of the firm. I had to answer questions about my motivation for joining BDO, tax knowledge and what I knew about the company.

Online assessment, followed by a video interview, followed by a virtual assessment centre, followed by an in person interview. Felt supported throughout and had great quick responses in regards to next stages.

Partner interview was quite fast, whole process was about an hour. Interviewer is nice, helped me feel welcome and relaxed,. When answering the questions, interviewer didn't really care what you said, just recording the answer into the system.
