Interview
Sent my resume through the BDO Career website and received a call one week after for a phone interview with the Recruiter Manager. Phone interview lasted around 20 minutes and was basically asking questions about my overall experience in tax. The recruiter focused in questioning the gaps of my resume.

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth. From the application it went to the aptitude test if qualified you have 2 - 3 managerial / HR rounds as well in which they check the technical skills , behavioural fit of the individual etc

The interview was casual and straightforward. It felt like more of a conversation than a formal Q and A. Both of my interviewees were well prepared and easy to talk to.
If you are a fresher, prepare all the basics you know about accounting and Indian tax and you will crack the interview. My interview was quite easy and recruiters were friendly.
