30-45 mins with time at the end. Informal, very smooth process. Basic question about why the role why the firm followed by some situational questions. Then folllowed by questions you have for you interviewer. Very simple smooth.

The video interview was fairly simple, not too much preparation required. It was strength based and consisted of 4 questions. Time was given prior to each question to prepare an answer and adequate time given to answer the questions as well.
