Applied online and received an email a couple days after inviting me to do the Arctic Shores assessment. I've never done an assessment like this before but they gave clear instructions and gave you an option to go through the instructions again until you were ready. The process was quick and efficient. I received my assessment feedback straight away and a final decision the next day, which I appreciated as it didn’t waste my time. They also gave some indication of why I was unsuccessful, which was helpful and not something all companies provide.

First, there was the online assessments, and then there was a video interview. After the video interview, there was the assessment centre which included an interview. Then there was the job offer.
