I applied online. I interviewed at BDO in Nov 2017
Interview
On-demand video interview, 9 questions. Given unlimited time to prepare for the 1st question, then for the questions thereafter you're given 30 seconds (or more for the last 2 questions). Responses have to be less than 1.5 minutes long, and it was a strength-based interview, so no questions like why BDO, why the role, etc.

Question 1
In a group, why is it important to make sure all members feel valued?
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Jacksonville, FL) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was on campus and pretty chill. It was conducted by a director and a senior associate. The associate lead the interview, even though he was way more nervous than me. The director was pretty laid back and chimed in occasionally. But I liked that they had an associate lead the interview. They both seemed to love me, and I loved them. Everything seemed fantastic on both ends, so I'm puzzled about the fact that I never got a 2nd interview, and why it took 4 weeks to finally get my rejection email. Maybe it's because I didn't follow up the next day. I guess I have to do better next time.

Explain a time you had a conflict with a client. How was it resolved?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at BDO (Singapur)
Interview
No interview process; the recruiters saw my resume and took me in! To describe my resume, I have had prior internship experience in a Big 4 and a retail assistant role. I highlighted service orientation.
