BBVA Young Professional Data Program interview questions

First they sent the usual online tests, English and Logical test. Then, a classic HR interview with a couple of technical question regarding technology, lasted around 1,5h. Then you do a basic knowledge technical test on R, Python and SQL, which is multiple choice. If successful you are asked to rank the departments you want to work for, and they schedule a face-to face interview (the expenses are not paid if you need to travel to the office) with your top choice. That interview is different for each department, but its mostly technical questions and case-based. Cons I got to the final stage of the process, but for me the position ended up being too technical (focused on programming). The description that was given did not match the expectations of the departments, who wanted about 70% at work spent coding. In the description however, there was a mismatch in the level of technical skills required, hence my skills didn't match the expectations, which I only found out at the last stage.
