BBVA FSA/Teller/BRE interview questions

This bank is the worst!!! They do not hire or even interview correctly. I have applied numerous positions from the easiest position to some of the ones that I qualify for and they do not reach out to me. I think they post positions and wait for someone internally that may qualify to apply first. They never give external prospects a chance. They have a problem being diverse! They are not a EEOC compliant. Oh and I used glassdoor to see if they compete in salary with other banks in similar positions and BBVA seems to be paying low!
