BBVA Analyst interview questions

My first phone interview. Two phone interviews. Not feel well after the interviews. Need to prepare the interview better.

I interviewed in one of the speciality commercial lending divisions. There weren't many questions - mostly asking why I wanted to work in banking, why I choose my field of study, my previous experience and the position. I met with a EVP, VP and Relationship Manager. One thing that would have been nice was to meet with someone currently in the position. Sadly, I never heard anything back until I emailed with an inquiry - It's just rude to not correspond with people who physically come into the office. It's fairly easy to send a form letter.
