Interview
First stage in application process was CV and Cover Letter.
Stage 2 was sort of a mock telephone interview, basic motivation for company/ role questions.
Stage 3 was actual phone interview. Typical motivation based question with some competency based interview questions.
Stage 4 in person interview in Derby. Fairly short interview, less than 30 minutes but entirely focused on competency based questions with no technical based questions.
Was my first ever real interview and even though I didn't get an offer it was a really good experience in preparing me for future interview.
Preparation advice would be to prepare as many competency based answers as you can.

It was a phone screening, and it lasted for 20 minutes, since it is online it wasn't that difficult. It is mostly about personal experience and about working status. It was a good chat.

The face to face interview was the final stage of the application. The telephone interview was the previous stage and it involved competency questions. The face to face interview had competency based questions, and questions mainly related to experiences on health and safety and working in related environments
