I applied online. I interviewed at B. Braun (Allentown, PA)
Interview
Applied online and received an email about 2 days later to set up an interview for the following week. The day of the interview I arrived early and was greeted by a young lady who told me to wait in the lobby. About 5 minutes later an older woman from H.R. came and directed me to an interview room where I had my first interview with her for about 30 minutes. She explained the salary, vacation and sick days, the position and handed me an employee handbook. Good sign I thought, NOT. Next the Manager of the position I applied for walked in and I interviewed with him alone for about an hour and a half. He tells me numerous things about the company and asks me about 3 simple questions. He tells me in the beginning of the interview that he called me in because he seen I had some college experience and that he likes people who seem like they’re applying themselves. But then at the end of the interview he tells me he’s not looking for people with college experience and that pretty much he’s not going to hire me because I have no experience when CLEARLY when he seen my resume he knew I had no experience AND the online job description never mentioned anything about needing experience. If you are looking for people with experience MENTION IT in your online job description. DO NOT go wasting people’s precious time like you did with mine to tell me pretty much something I already knew! Ridiculous!

Interview
This place is an absolute joke. I don’t even know where to start. Let’s begin with Human Resources. One of the most HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL group of people I’ve ever ever dealt with in my whole entire life. I’m about 50ish years younger and I have ALOT ALOT more respect and professionalism than the people who call themselves HR & recruiters here. I got called for an interview from HR & the woman on the phone sounded so miserable and unprofessional and didn’t even say where she was calling from. I only knew who she was because I had the number saved on my phone from the company. Getting in is extremely hard, even though you have the skills & experience they ask for. If you like having your time wasted getting called for an interview to never getting hired for the job then I’d urge you to apply here. The production supervisors are also ridiculously unorganized and unprofessional. I had an interview with 2 individuals, the 1st time they cancelled because the one supervisor wasn’t there then when it was rescheduled a week later she wasn’t present again even though she was notified a week and a half beforehand and I was given a not so believable excuse as to why she was not there. They love to call people for interviews and never hire them. Stay far far away from here for your own good.
