3 month interview (Moves very SLOW). 1 interview with H.R; 1 With City manager; 1 with regional manager;last with airport. Was almost past up because of age i think. They hired myself and one more manager. Managers in Charlotte are great;

Why do you wan to work with ABG? Are you willing to put in 55+ hours per week for VERY little pay??
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.
Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.
Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
