I applied online, part of that was a skill assessment test that took about 30 min to complete. the next day i was contacted by an ABG recruter for a phone interview, and she set up a time for me to go talk to a manager at the location I would be working at. The first interview went well, basically a meet and greet and a few normal interview questions. the manager asked me to sell him something in the room, and i chose a camera he had on his desk (there really wasn't much else in the office!). that went well, and i had a follow up interview scheduled 2 days later with a different manager. More general interview questions, basically "what are your goals for the next 5 years" and "what skills do you bring to the table" type questions. She offered me the job after i applied to the interview. From start to finish i was working there within a week.
