Interview
30 minute 1:1 phone interview with a recruiter from an outsourced company. After the phone screen, you're scheduled for a F2F interview with District (City) Manager and then a F2F interview with the Regional VP and HR Rep. Sounds like a promising career. Everyone seems friendly during the whole interview process. Very professional environment.
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.
Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.
Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
