Avaya Software Engineer I interview questions

The hiring process was really smooth. The interview was focused on previous experience and technical knowledge, instead of the pre-packaged "what can you bring to this role" kind of questions. The interviewers were really friendly and their interest and enthusiasm in the technical aspects really attracted me to the role.

The interview process consisted of a video call followed by a team meeting with the manager and group senior. The interview was heavily situated around reviewing portfolio pieces and how you come around to solving new problems.
