Avaya Operations Analyst interview questions

first it was a telephonic round. There were 2 face to face rounds. one with the manager and the other with the managers in Germany. First round was a combination of general HR and technical round. It went for half an hour. the manager explained about the roles and responsibilities before starting with the interview.the second round was kind of similar to the first round with few add ons. Overall it was not a professional way of interview.
