was short and easy phone screening then panel conf call then offer, was not to hard as per my experience and relative experience it was all about what was done in the past

I got call through consultant. Interview process took 2 weeks. In both round of interview interviewer has no idea what to ask. Hence random silly questions were asked. Some junior position person was taking interview. I asked him about Avaya vision and he was clueless. I got the offer but I declined as I don't like the company. Useless interview process.
