I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Avaya (Pune) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied through my college. Since this happened during the COVID'19 pandemic the process was completely online, there was an online test which tested quantitative ability, logical reasoning and coding skills.
This was followed by a 1hour 15min technical interview round, where the interview dived deep into some of the core concepts of computer engineering, especially memory management and networking. If at any point I didn't know the answer to a particular question, they gave me helpful hints, which would help me derive the answer on the spot
Finally, there was an HR round, again lasted around 1hour 15 min. Mostly discussed my previous projects and internships, what I learnt from each of them, and how I believed those lessons would help me from here onwards. The overall environment of the interview was quite comfortable.
