Interview
Online application followed by online coding assessment and finally an assessment day in Birmingham. Toured the facilities, participated in group task, did an in person coding test and had an individual interview with some behavioural and basic technical questions
First Round Behavioural
Secound Round - 2 Leetcode Easy and technical questions(theory)
Very straight forward and not very difficult. Depends on the team your interviewing for as not everyone i know was asked leetcode and some were asked hackerrank type questions
Terrible recruiting. Had a quick meeting with a recruiter where she made it very clear I would be moving forward and she would schedule my interview. After a couple days I reached back out and got an automated out of office email so I emailed another contact and no response. Then a few weeks later I received an email saying they were done interviewing.

Interview
OA -> behavioural -> in person round of 1 interview hour + 1 hour of another tech assessment. Very calm, comfortable atmosphere. Algorithmic questions are barely Medium hard, interview is basic run through past experience, OOP concepts.
