Quick and only two interviews. The questions were standard and no software experience was really needed. An introduction to the Hr manager was also done. The interview was comparably standard but was good.

The process I have recently been through was 5 stages with the final interview being with the global industry VP.
Following these 5 interviews they decided to promote internally, they made it clear after the fact that the internal candidate was always likely to get the promotion.
Almost no feedback was given despite the numerous hours taken up on both sides.

- Business case presentation and interview with hiring manager and another manager.
- Final interview in Barcelona office.
After all this process they didn't come back to me and got no feedback at all.. it was a total waste of time.
