Interview
got a phone interview before the onsite - a list of regular questions;
came in for an onsite - did a presentation to a group of folks, and then had 3 consecutive person-to-person interviews;
lunch with the team
the first step was a phone call with a recruiter and the second was a 45 minutes interview with a team member where he went through my experience and skills
